Incorporating exercise, yoga, and meditation into GI treatments, assists in calming the nervous system and reducing symptoms associated with digestive diseases such as joint pain and weakened motor skills. Certain poses and breathing exercises also promote relaxation, stress relief and improved digestive function necessary for preventative care. Love Support YOGA provides classes for individuals and their loved ones to participate in physical activity. Creating the support system needed for healing and serving as an after-school program for all.
