MIAMI FIELD DAY AWARENESS FESTIVAL

Saturday, April 25, 2020

3PM – 8PM

Miami Gardens City Park

Miami Field Day Awareness Festival (MADAF) promotes physical activity, nutritious food options, and brings awareness not only to Crohn’s, but many other incurable diseases that affect millions of people. MFDAF will serve as a platform for local businesses and health organizations to educate consumers on healthy eating and lifestyle options. With an entertaining festival full of food, fun, child friendly activities, vendor booths, and live entertainment! Don’t forget the competitive field games where the winning team will donate money raised to their charity organization of choice in honor of their cause. Participants will represent cancer, lupus, sickle cell, Crohn’s, and more; all actively fighting for the winning trophy! Winning trophies will go to:

• Winner of games (Donation goes to charity of choice)

• Highest fundraising team (Teams can be participating or non participating in games)

• Most team spirit (Participating or non participating group)

We want awareness to be fun for the entire family, and to leave our footprints throughout the entire community because no illness should be fought in silence. Let’s come together and gives those individuals who suffer in silence hope, knowing that they are not alone in the battle and have the entire city behind them.

To participate in the field day games, each participant must be 18 years or older. Team Entry fee is $55 per person with a minimum of 6 participants. (We suggest all teams wear team shirts)

Miami Field Day Awareness Festival is a free community event. Individuals may attend without participating in field day games. There is no registration fee for individuals to attend.
